Hi
I wonder if anone could help me here.
Both my children regularly log onto the Neopets site. However they cannot log onto their accounts on the Desktop PC, but they can on my laptop. According to the site it says they are already logged on.
Now, I want to keep them OFF my laptop, so how can I sort the problem out on the Desktop. I've already deleted a load of cookies on the desktop. Is there anything I'm missing?
I've tried writing to the neopets site but they never responded.
Thanks
H

Try https://www.ccleaner.com, it will cleanup any cookies. If the site uses flash, there may be a cookie under your macromedia directory, have a search for neop*.* under the macromedia directory, and rename or delete anything you findEver get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0

Thanks, I hope this will help, assuming the problem is cookie related.

The only other thing I can think of is that it is IP address related, if your ISP issues a dynamic address, try rebooting the router.
if nothing works try uninstalling macromedia flash - it should reinstall on demand when you hit a site that needs it.Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -
I'm assuming the site uses flash, if not ignore all this:
