If they can show that they have sent meter readers round and also sent letters then they can get round this.

How? meter reads X,supplier does sums,sends bill user pays.

Im sorry but I find this quite funny...

You dont call to sort out a problem of estimated bills. and saying you would like them to demand access to your home... why to install a pre payment meter ??

Why not just give them meter readings ? and this never would of happend?

The supplier looks to come out rougly 4 times a year (Quarterly). So if they didnt the first thing I would do regardless of who the supplier is is contact them and submit a meter reading.

I noticed someone said submit a formal complaint.... why ?
estimated bills are as they say estimates so if the supplier does not gain access and no contact what are the expected to do ? let them away with it.
