Personally I'd think that was high for that part of the Wirral, especially when some of the big industry in the area looks to be on somewhat shaky ground. Look at RM there's a number of 2-bed houses in Wallasey, some with gardens, which are £10k less than the current asking price of the one you're looking at.“Don't do it! Stay away from your potential.
