Afternoon all, not much to report here, still got brown spotting stuff after mc, so just looking forward to it stopping really so we can [STRIKE]have a damn good shag[/STRIKE] start bdinglikecrazy.gif. Does anyone know how long generally it takes for the bleeding to stop after a mc?

Good luck Moneyangel, Smartie, confuzzled and anyone else waiting for the dreaded AF/elusive BFP.

    Thanks Lil.

Sorry to hear about your mc. Mc bleeding varies from person to person and mc to mc so theres no definite answer to that one sorry. It could be as short as a few days to as long as a couple of weeks for a bad one Im told. Hope you are ok :-) (hugs)
  • (sorry confuzzled, I've usurped you and you've not even left yet...:o)

I have been most productive this morning though I have: cleaned out the old fridgefreezer, washed up, stripped the bed, filed paperwork, done a load of washing and hung it up, put dry washing away, swapped my utilities (and sidestepped the capped tariff fees :money:), moved the date of our mortgage payments as bank hols keep sending us into the red cuz transfers take longer

Now I'm having a cuppa and priming myself for mother/dentist later. Must remember to floss, though its a bit last minute to make a difference now...

my mc was at 7 weeks, bleeding stopped after about 5 days although for the last couple of days was really light (giving me false hope unfortunately). AF turned up after 29 days but was horrendous and brought back awful memories. I don't temp or do any other measuring but was certain that I ov'ed on cd16. First day of mc is cd1 by the way, but I'm sure you know that

    Good luck

I just got my pos on opk! ok, that confirms I am not pg but at least I know I am ov'ing tomorrow ish...which is great because we have been bd'ing like mad for the last few days!

I have started lying in bed with my hips raised slightly for half an hour after, so hopefully that will help a lot! certainly seems to be less messy....the funny thing is it doesnt come out when i finally do get up though...so it must stay put inside me! lollol

    I was stoopid again

My last test has now gone... I think you can guess what it said :(

Spotting has now completely died down. I'm now thinking I will phone doctors first thing and try to see a doctor as well as my blood tests. As I did have a positive HPT (altough faint) I guess I should be taking these now 6 days of spotting seriously:confused: TMI.... It's been only when I wipe so haven't even needed a pad or anything:o

(((hugs))) to those who need them

And I nearly forgot to say I bought a new bra today:j A tiny bit big so need my boobs to get a bit bigger now please!;) (Even though they're huge already:o:rotfl:)
