  • Yep, 1st AF after the pill. The one I had during my break from it 4 months ago was NASTY (worse than normal pill-free AF), so I'm feeling very grateful this time round! Now, if only my cycle length was "normal" - I'd be well on my way for this month!

That's good about the free-cycle thing - maybe your good deed will be rewarded ;):D

Oooooh LL, what's the good news? :D

I am currently doing admin, but want to get back into security (strategic), something i have been working in for 10 years. :)
I have been signed up for a PhD for over 4 years, but never had the funds to do it, so this is very very exciting :):)

Just need to try and do it all :):)

Still no AF and the pain has moved down more towards my foof today! However, just been on MMC and that says my AF is expected tomorrow. Boo....so I'm still not late. Nevermind, had a nice time of dtd with OH last night not for ttc purposes which I think cheered him up.

He said "I thought you just wanted me for a baby...but now I realise you just want me for my hot body!!!" I laughted so hard I nearly wet myself! :rotfl:

    Thats wicked news LL...good luck!

Hi all, cream crackered after working most of the night and have only just finished that wretched job. Ooh, think of the money, think of the money!!

So hugs to all in need (including me in that!) I really should go and eat something and I'm so up and down about OH and work and life I'm worried that my eating disorder is returning. Not good. I tried on my winter coat at the weekend and just stood there feeling so fat and depressed. Must try and knock this on the head and pull my sensible self to the front and ignore the crappy and stupid thinking one behind it :rotfl: :o:o:o

Ooh, Leopardlady - Dr Leopardlady to be then hopefully! How exciting, I'm jealous, x :T

So what's up with the temping? when you first do it, it seems to look like it goes up, down, up, down, but after a few weeks you'll see a definite pattern emerging - even if it's a wiggly one!

Twinklie, could AF be staying away for a good reason perhaps? Here's hoping, x

Hi all, been busy with work all morning and then struggling to book snowboarding lessons online for about 40 mins, so gave up and called a real-life human who sorted it all out for me! *tsk* bloody computers.

CD6 here, feeling grotty with a headache, thought it was my oestrogen rising but judging by the cracking thunderstorm we have here it might have been the weather!

Can't remember what I was going to say to you ladies bar being excited for LeopardLady - getting to do a PhD in something you love sounds awesome! I did an MSc by research a few years ago and people told me I should have taken it to PhD level but it was sooooooooooo dull and I was doing it part-time I couldn't handle the thought of taking extra me-time to do it. Not sure I did the right thing looking back but them's the breaks..
