OH, Hi Mr Miller!
• Wish people would get they fact right before singing the joys to Vance miller. What a********** dishonest ******* and rip off conman.
• "Verymad" - are you Tony Allen by any chance?! The judge was quite clear in his findings about Vance Miller's business, "the proportion of complaints to sales is inconsistent with a concerted dishonest course of conduct".
He sells a lot of kitchens, there are a tiny amount of complaints. Of course nobody wants any complaints but as with any company there are always some and in fact his record is better than most.
How do I know? Because I've bought from his trade arm for many years and enjoyed a very good service to complement his great prices. In turn my customers have been more than happy with the quality of goods.
It's been very interesting to watch how the case against him developed, I was frankly gob smacked when it started 2 years ago and it's been very satisfying to see him vindicated and allow me to carry on trading! Always seemed to me that Oldham Council had a hidden agenda in its pursuit of the fella, who will pay the tax payer back the 5 million pounds the whole fiasco has cost them by the way??

just watched the Rogue Trader - it was alleged he had kidnapped someone - and he said it was burglars at his mothers house who he caught and did not let them go for a few hours; and that he threw a fire extinguisher through a journalists car window which he accepted but said the j. had been a l ong way from the car at the time

but, he did shove a pen up BBC Matt's nose allegedly - not that we saw that...

he acknowleged a 1% customer complaints - small beer due to his huge turnover

Vince also read the judges summing up and it sounded as if the judge did not
accept the story of Vance being an utter villain -

a very odd story - there are always two sides....

Vance Miller, 38, is The Kitchen Gangster - a man who's made a fortune selling cut price kitchens, which, when he started out nine years ago, he openly admits were a "bag of sh*t".

Now shifting 20,000 kitchens a year his annual turnover exceeds £20 million.

He's fast become one of the one of the biggest independent kitchen retailers in the country by sourcing cheap products in China and drastically undercutting the competition.

But complaints from unhappy customers have attracted attention from newspapers, consumer TV programmes and the Office of Fair Trading.

The fact Vance has been in prison in six different countries for offences ranging from diamond smuggling to kidnapping haven't helped his claim to be a legitimate businessman.

New legislation has been introduced to tackle persistent rogue traders and Vance is the first person in Britain to be served with a 'Stop Now Order'. If he can't stop the customer complaints he'll go to prison.
