Don't go there! Run away as fast as you can!
It looks like a re-work of the Rock Kitchens website formerly known as Maple Industries owned by Vance Miller - you will find plenty about him on here and across the internet.0 -

Thanks....I was suspicious.....I've just sent them an email detailing their many infamous guises being detailed on respected BB's...it should p**s them off no end0 -
Hi, just noticed past email here re: Saleprice Kitchens have opened in Stockport, same firm as Kitchens4less in Doncaster. Kitchens4less I have read are supplied with units from Kitchen Dreams Direct, Oldham. They are the same company as Rock Solid Kitchens, Oldham and owned by Vance Miller. There is a lot of information about him and Rock Solid Kitchens on the web. Please beware of these companies. See my previous email about Kitchen Dreams Direct0

Hi
Thanks - I just googled "Kitchen Dreams" and got this thread. The reason I googled was that I answered an ad "ex MFI stock £795 kitchens". Salesman came round this evening, but I am wise lol so signed nothing and gave no deposit. He did say "no pressure sales" so just as well as that would send me running anyway. He gave me a price of £1295 to refit my kitchen including appliances. It all seems a bit vague; he recommended I don't use their fitters as I could get a better price (ie fitting was on top of this). I think it's a good price but what exactly would turn up for that price is another matter, and when i asked about a list of what I would pay for it was all a bit vague. How would I know for sure that what I chose from the pic would turn up?! Seemed a bit risky to me so I said I would think about it. He left pretty soon after that so I thought I'd check out the company; the company's name was not on the original ad so I couldn't check them out before the sales pitch!0 -
Hi Alice
They came round to me yesterday similar - no idea who they were I answered ad in local paper with local (0191) number and this young Irishman turned up extremely vague had driven all the way from Mancster - no business card, no landline number, no idea really of what he was selling drew me a sketch on a piece of lined A4 - no better than I could have done myself, kitchen would cost £2100 with appliances and no dont use our fitters who are local subcontractors - no names - as they are really expensive £700 which I didnt think expensive at all.
Got call this morning from abrasive woman at their office in mcr, but no sales push.
However now I know who they are I will not be touching them with a bargepole.0 -

noticed the same add in national paper phoned them and vic robertshaw came and took the order and £100 deposit.(How stupid was i but we live and learn) everything looked good he did a proper survey everything was written down it looked the business order was completed 21/8 delivery 21/9 great but 4 days later a phone call we have not got maple fronts but you can have white we did not want white so they said we were cancelling the order that would cost us £200 i said no you cant supply our order so you are cancelling it. I have to say there attitude on the phone was terrible and it must have cost me a fortune anyway eventually they gave in and suggested i send them a letter explaining the situ and they would re-imburse the deposit 4 weeks on and still nothing. But now i no they have a place in doncaster i am going in (cos i am a big lad) and i am going to speak to them in person. TO VANCE MILLER I HOPE THE £100 KILLS YOU, YOU FAT !!!!!!!.0

Well I ordered 21/09, was delivered 28/09/09 and I got maple no bother! They actually ended up sending me £400 too much kitchen so I've had the last laugh on them. Mine's ok, not quite finished installing yet but looks good so far.
Vic sold us the kitchen too, he's just up the road from us in Scarborough, has the big hotel on the front there. Nice bloke. He suggested a lot of things I hadn't even thought about (like positioning of glass doors to reflect light in a dark corner etc.) so it has ended up looking probably ten times better than if I'd planned it. But having read about Kitchen Dreams on here, I think as one of the success stories I'm in the minority LOL!0 -
Is this the same crowd and if so, why are they still allowed to be trading on the internet?

I have just phoned these people up - tel phone number on the internet and got told by the 'call centre' that Vance Miller isn't part of their organisation..
They say they have a showroom in Oldham but can arrange for someone to call anywhere in the country.
About time they were shut down for good if all the info on here is correct.0
