That seems alot of peas and broad beans, could you tell me how long a row of both you grew and also what variety?Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -

TOP MONEYSAVING TIP
Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!0 -
I have to weigh everything because the family go head to head with the grandparents. Its our little competition with the winner getting a rather large bar of Cadburys:DLotus-eater wrote: »I haven't counted

Peas are Ne Plus Ultra and are very tall. Mine have reached 15ft. 100 plants spaced 6" apart either way with 3 plants per cane and they haven't finished cropping yet.
Broad beans are Witkiem Manita, lovely fat beans:D18 plants and still some small pods developing.
I've planted all my toms straight in to the garden this year. Plenty of flowers but only green fruit so far.~~~~~~~~~~~~Halifax, taking the Xtra since 1853:rolleyes:~~~~~~~~~~~~0
