I didn't do a separate email, I filled in the request form on the site with how many packs I wanted etc, and they came today after about two weeks, but I did not get a confirmation email first to say they were on their way.

Maybe sending a reminder would help speed yours up??

Wll, I sent for mine 6 may, and still awaiting a confirmation email!!

I sent them an email weeks and weeks ago but haven't heard. Not sure whether I filled in this form so have done so again. Unlikely to get them in time for fete but never mind, tokens can be distributed at the school gate and the promotional pens and things kept for the next event.
