Title Register - Legal Help Needed

Hi guys,

I am interested in pursuing funds released from the sale of my late father's estate by his wife, who is now withholding all monies from the sale from me.

Just a quick question about the title registry I obtained.

Under the A: Property Register section it says, under date 2 August 2007:

(1) Daisyglade Limited
(2) Raffles House Management Company Limited (The seller using a possibly fake company - why did she not use her own name?)
(3) The buyers name

Then in section C: Charges Register, it says:

1. A transfer dated 4 May 2007 made between (1) The Warden And College Of The Souls Of All Faithful People Deceased In The University of Oxford And Raffles Housing Management Company Limited and (2) Daisyglade Limited contains restrictive covenants.

I have spoken to the buyer of the flat and he admitted to me that both parties used the SAME solicitor to facilitate the sale at a very deflated, under market value price.

So what part does Daisyglade Limited play in this? Any othe rlight to be shed?

Thanks as ever!

Daisyglade Limited look to be the freeholder or landlord at the time the lease was granted.

Not enough info I'm afraid. When did your father die? how was his interest shown on the register? Was there a will? etc etc

you can go to companies house, register and get information about the company you are suspicious about - if you pay for their accounts info etc you can see who are the shareholders company secretary etc etc for a small fee

I agree, not enough info - the three parties named in the Property Register look like parties to a lease but without a full copy of it all it is difficult to see what OP is getting at. When did the father die? What property did he own? What informaiton have the solicitors dealing with the estate given?

As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.
