Can anyone recommend the best freely available (freeware) motion detection that works with a web cam (or digital camera connected to the PC).
Should be able to specify the sensitive area of the screen and trigger recording on activity.

I have a Creative Live webcam and all the software was free with that.

What webcam have you got ?
