If you’re talking about the one I think you’re talking about, it was clearly not buildable land.
People are too keen to get into a property with sweeteners like ‘free’ builders’ leccy and water, and forget the final paperwork. It’s usually ‘in the post’ and it never comes.
Sit tight for a couple of years and then listen for the ‘dozers…0 -
