Plain Black/Dark Trousers For Work?

I wear trousers every day for work. I usually buy tall length and I shop in: Next (outlet and on sale, never paid more then £10), New Look (sale - £5), H&M (sale £3 - £5), Tesco (sale - £5) and Primark (normal price £5). To me it is normal to pay about £5 for a pair of trousers, I only spend more on Next ones but I do like them so close my eyes at the price.

Thanks for all these tips, that's great! I certainly don't want to pay £35 for trousers from Next so great to hear you can pick up cheaper pairs.

I popped into a bigger H&M and they had some trousers in a size that fit me at 1/2 price, so managed to get a gray and black pair for £10 and £7.

I do like the look of the M&S ones, will have to check that out! And never been to Peacocks for work trousers so will take a look!

I want to look smart and in the past have had nice Oasis trousers as they fit so nice and look smart but want to look at my spending :T

My Bon Marche ones are good. They wash well and rarely need to be ironed.

I love next trousers and we have a local 'outlet' store that keeps next labels at half the price and it is called CHOICE DISCOUNTS, http://www.choice-discount.co.uk/ASP/Index.asp

If you have a local one, it might be worth popping in since they have a sale as well so you get next clothes at a quarter of the selling price.

I tried to get a pair of these instore today and they only stocked the navy ones. I was tempted to get some online but there are no working free delivery codes.. Also I had a credit voucher for M&S which I could use if I had been able to get them instore...

Will try again in another store if I get a chance...

You should also try primark, cheap as chips, and they're only black trousers, so you cant tell they're like a £5

If you can get into school ones, they have them in BHS at the moment for about £2.
