Hi

I am considering driving up to Cheshire during the day on Easter Friday, what's the consensus of opinion, my DH thinks the traffic will be horrendous on the way on Friday, and back on Easter Sunday evening?

What do you think?

Thanks
Jays

  • I think you're right. The country is captive in the "I'd rather not drive but what's the viable alternative?" connundrum... ;)
In the United Kingdom 200,000 people are bitten by dogs every year and some people will die as a result. Of those bitten, 70% are children... So the question has to be asked....... Has the time come to ban children?

I prefer travelling at antisocial hours. For example, leave at 10.30pm, or even better 5.00am and have traffic free roads, it makes for a much more enjoyable driving experience.
    Happy chappy
