E bay dispute non received product

i payed for a page boy suit through paypal,on 30th june, the payment went out on the 2nd of july,i gave the 4 working days for it to come.
when it didn't arrive i gave the seller a ring, and she said she hadnt got the size i wanted,so i asked for the money to be put back into my account, that was sat and she said she would do it straight away,so i checked monday and it hadn't been put back,so was ringing all monday and no one answered,
i got through this morning, and she said she was going to sort it today, and i said i was going to get in touch with ebay,if it wasn't sorted, and she said she wasn't bothered because she wasn't using e bay no more
i've been on her shop and she has no listings now
anyway i've started a dispute through paypal, whats the chance of getting my money back through paypal, and how long does it take?

You will get your money back, just leave the chargeback open until you get either a refund or your goods.

Once you out a dispute into paypal all that means is you can talk to buyer through paypal and keep it on record. As your seller is not being helpful. If you escalate the claim in paypal. Paypal will then asses the claim.

So if you go into the dispute in paypal there should be a link to escalate it

    Hope that makes sense

Hi, a quick related query. I recently launched a PP dispute, but after I escalted it it went straight to "Being reviewed by PsyPsl", they didn't ask for any extra infoormation or anything.

Is this bad, could they use the lack of evidence on my part to judge aganist me even though they haven't asked me to provide anything?

You don't say what kind of dispute?
