We dont know we assume negative or very small?

The mortgage is just under 182 and its a 3 bed semi?
  • If there is anyone around who actually has been thro this and knows the time scale after the OR interview till they know that would be a huge help?

(Don't forget the process of selling a home, also eats into any equity, as well)

Then the OR unlikey to sell it, because it has no benefit to your creditors..

If you are up to date with your payments, I really cant see a problem.

    Calm down..

But if there is equity that no one can raise? And we dont know for sure its little or no equity. To rent a 1 bedroom flat would cost us more than our mortgage. Have u gone BR? If so how long till ur OR interview till u found out about ur house?

    I've yet to go BR...

I could'nt keep up with the repayments, so gave it them back....

You must know what other properties are selling for in your area?
  • There are two 3 bed semis in our road that are up for sale for 195 :( they do have an dowstairs bathroom tho that we dont have. What they go up for and what they sell for are different subjects tho. Other than that the last house to sell in our road was last July for 185 thats the same as our plus a dowstairs bathroom again which we dont have.
