I see it as being hard and unfair for you and your bf as the one not driving will be on amusement duty - also I doubt there would be much of a saving when you compare the cost of the flight to the fuel costs.
And when your boyf did it as a small child presumably cars were less advanced than they are now and the journey took longer. makes you think, doesn't it?0
