Help, £12 credit card charge reclaim

Sorry, I have many questions and it would seems I am carp at searching the threads as it brings up totally unrelated threads

I appreciate your patience. My situation is the following:

We reclaimed the charges on our credit cards around 2 years ago and were awarded "good will" gestures which equated to the difference between £30/35 and £12. After reading some of the success stories it would appear that people have been able to claim the £12 charges back also.

My questions are:

Can I claim them for the £12 charges after making an initial claim for charges at a higher amount?

If so, is there a good template letter?

Thanks so much. I'm exhausting all avenues and thought you experts could shed a little light on the best way forward!:A

Initial gut instinct would say no as you accepted an amount of money in settlement of your claim but i could be wrong

Thanks for your helpful post. These are OLD charges. In the last year I have not incurred any charges as I am in the process of repaying my credit card debts and having them closed. Any actual help would be very much appreciated. If you can't help, sarcasm is no substitute. Sincerest thanks:rolleyes:

That wasn't the question the OP asked. Read the first post. The answer was already given. NO is the answer.
The charges had he not claimed and settled at the £12 mark could have been challenged in court.
