Safe to buy from Indian website?

Hello all,

I'm a long time lurker on these forums but this is my first post, as I've been unable to find an answer to this elsewhere online. I'm keen to buy something from an Indian website, but am worried about safetly of the online payment options. They offer several, one is creditcard and one something called 'paymate mobile'. The latter seems to be something like paypal but Australia based and specifically for mobiles.

My question is, is it safe to pay via my credit card? It's a relatively small value transaction (under £50 pounds) but just wanted to get a bit of advice...

Your post doesn't make much sense.

If you have a UK credit card (a real credit card) then as long as you're not buying a baby or nuclear bomb and the site is secure I can't imagine a problem.
