The Town Hall has obviously been decorated since the last time I was in there! I thought they'd be going to the Parr Hall for their reception.

Please get the name of their wedding singer & PM me! He was fab!

Hiya - I'm actually having my ceremony at St Helens Town Hall but then I'm off to the catholic club for my day and night time receptions :) I'll see if I can get the name of the wedding singer for you from the club (thing is I'm not having him - maybe my uncles band instead)
Got married on 1st August

thank you to everyone on the weddings and anniversary forum xxx

It looked really good bluemeanie, out of all of them the 1 where yours is was the 1 I'd have liked to have gone to. All of the others made me think " what am I doing I don't want our wedding to be like that" OH reassures me it won't be.
Tried not to scream that's my dress when the Aberdeen bride came on, as my oh was there. I didn't think the dress looked anything special so was a bit dissapointed, but milly are making me a similar dress but with a few adaptations & it's lavender so I do hope I love it, should be sending me pic's tomorrow.
    Booo!!!

That woman last night MUST have got loads of freebies - there is no way NO WAY that she managed to only pay £580 for her whole wedding!

She had a live band, she had a sit down meal for looked like definitely over 30 people, I mean her wedding licence and cost for the registry office must have been about £150 on its own.
  • I don't see how it could be done either!
