i'm watching a programme on sky 3 about a guy withn AVA - malformed bloodvessels in the brain which could ruture at any time, and his local PCT wouldn't pay for a surgeon in Bristol to do the op cos the outcome of surgery was not as good as the condition was untreated.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!

Sorry Scaredy, I'm confused... are you saying that if he had the op then it would be worse than beforehand or did the surgeon mess up?
