4. Prize: A Fosters BBQ which includes - A BBQ - Patio Heater - Marquee

5. The closing date for entries is 1st August 2009. Costcutter Supermarkets Group Limited will not accept responsibility for entries received after the closing date and late entries will not be included in the draw.

6. The prize draw winners will be randomly drawn from the entries received under independent supervision. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

7. Prizes are subject to availability and in the event the prize becomes unavailable, it may be replaced by one of equal or greater value.

8. The winners may be requested to participate in any publicity arising from the promotion.
