Lucky you!
It's been bucketing down all day here!

I am very spoilt here and very rarely use my TD. I use to use it more many years ago but our weather pattern has changed slightly. At the end of our summer we would get a *wet* period where it would rain continously for weeks. It was then I"d have to resort to use it. But we seem to get isolated showers now.
I love seeing fresh washing blowing in the sun first thing in the morning. When we were over in the UK 18 months ago (winter) I found it really annoying having clothes drying all over the house. I wasn't use to it & how it takes sometimes days to dry them. There were times I could hang them outside but they were like cardboard.
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.

As I don't work at the moment. I plan my washing on good days during the winter so I can hang it out.
I have a tumble drier and not used it since last september.
I have not had to have much wet washing around due to hanging it out. But do love the smell.
And in the last week I have done 9 loads of washing. Due to having a spring clean and washing curtains and chair covers etc.
Normally only do about 2 loads a week.
Yours
