Just wondering, as my last statement was £914.17 to be paid by march 22nd.
on 2 march I paid £200, 17th £100, and 21st £615. The dates mentioned are the dates on my statement that the money has reached the account. So I have paid this off, but incurreed interest.
Have MBNA changed to an Egg type system where you have to pay it all off in one go to not be charged interest?

Something has gone different in my monthly payments as well.
Borrowed £2950
March Payment - £55
April Payment - £5
What will I have to pay in May?Just have a little faith0 -
lky2k23 I would assume your next payment will be £5. MBNA accept minimum payments of £5. Your 1st payment would be £5 minimum payment + £50 (1 off) balance transfer fee.

Boss - do you only use your card for purchases (rather than cash type transactions)? Did you pay the previous months balance off in full too? Did you move from a low or 0% offer period to the normal card rate?
Difficult to tell what's happened unless you detail your full transaction, payment and interest rate history.

Thanks.
That account doesnt have any balance transfers - its used purely for purchases and paid off in full each month. This is the first time I have noticed it. Also, no cash withdrawals or anything like that.0 -
Not too sure what happened = I would give them a call and ask for an explanation!0
