One BIG Headache (Bank Charges

Please CAN ANYONE YOU HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I have already made a claim for my bank charges, this claim was lodged a few years ago, I decided to make the claim through a firm called "Licit Legal".
Over the last year I have found it impossible to contact this company with numerous phone calls, I have now found "Licit Legal" have ceased trading.
They have sent all my claim details to another company called "Myclaims experts.co.uk" who want me to sign various agreements to take over the claim.
I am losing my faith in these companies and would like to take the claim over myself.
My questions are:-

1) Am I under any obligation to stay with this new company?
2) How would I get all my documentation back, i.e. Bank statements etc?
3) How would I take the claim on from here?
