Freemans 30% off first order

did anyone get phone call confirming delivery of 32" LCD. I paid with CC and had confirmation email but no one has called me yet... fingers crossed

For anyone who is still unclear of what/how to get the code through this is what I did:

- I did it using Firefox after clearing all my Temp Files and Deleting all my Cookies.

- Add your item to the basket, and go to checkout.
- The checkout view showed the full price of my item, there were several textfields below where more discount codes could be applied.
- I applied the 30% code into the first textfield and left the other three blank.
- Continued through the checkout, house details card details etc, after that the checkout showed the discounted price on the webpage itself.
- Discount is also shown in the confirmation email.

When you went to checkout page the first time. Was the DREP code showing in the first box?

I get this error in the Final Checkout page (where you confirm the order after having entered all the payment and delivery details)

just a quick update (in the remote chance anyone is still interested) I had another email this morning saying they had cancelled the order because I had opted to pay via a credit account, and the limit is £500 for your first order (I thought I would spread the cost a bit) I have just received a phone call from Freemans who said if I paid the £130 difference my order would go through, I decided to pay the whole lot off anyway. They could not explain why I had had a confirmation email stating the full price of £899.99, bit of a palavar but hey ho I have a nice new tv to look forward to. Thank you to the OP

I ordered the sammy on thur got 20% rang freemans stating dnbp code they say not for electrical goods do you think i should cancel and try again payed via credit card last time

the 30% off does not include electrical products.
Says it quite clearly after you add to your shopping trolly and goto checkout. and it doesnt update, ive gone right through to the end.

I placed an order for a DAB radio and it took the 30% off at the end when I paid by credit card....The first time I tried to open an account it didn't take the 30% off so I paid by card....Let's see if I get it...Thanks again anyway OP

You must be doing it wrong then.

I have just spoken with my credit card company to confirm that freemans have requested £630 for the 32" tv i have ordered with the 30% off.

If you have gone all the way to the end you would have had to order the tv.
After you put your credit card in it will confirm total amount less discount you then press ok to confirm the order and pay.
