On 11 April 2006 Microsoft is planning to release:
Security Updates
Four Microsoft Security Bulletin affecting Microsoft Windows. The highest Maximum Severity rating for these is Critical. Some of these updates will require a restart. These updates will be detectable using the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer and the Enterprise Scan Tool. One of the updates will be a cumulative Internet Explorer update that addresses the publicly known "CreateTextRange" vulnerability.
One Microsoft Security Bulletin affecting Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows. The highest Maximum Severity rating for this is Moderate. These updates may require a restart. These updates will be detectable using the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer and the Enterprise Scanning Tool.
Not there just yet though, give it a try this evening.

Normally Wednesday morning in the UK. If your so keen, why not use the 'Windows auto update' feature or at least get it to tell you when some are available to download manually?Regards,
Dave
If only I had a pound for every time I used the thanks button0 -

Someone on the forum usually posts a reminder re MS security updates as not everyone has auto updates enabled.

It also means that people aren't constantly updating every day because they are released once a month and all updates can be downloaded all at once.0 -
Theyre out now if anyone would like to know,This is not an automated signature. I write this at the bottom of every message0

Windows Updates wont install if MS thinks your OS isnt legit. Check manually here to see if its ok:-
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/ww/windows/default.mspx
If that works ok, then you'll have to look in the Win Updates Log to see the error code.*************************
