Hi all,
Does anyone know if there are any discounts/ deals on the heathrow express at the moment? I remember a couple of years ago there was a 2 for 1 via Time Out magazine. A few of us are using it this weekend and the cost is horrendus!
Many thanks!

No discounts but I have 7 complimentary 1st class upgrade vouchers. All you have to do is buy a standard class ticket, sit in 1st class and present the voucher to the train guard when he/she comes round.
I never use the Heathrow Express as I travel there by rental car, so I'd be happy to post them to you if you PM me your address and let me know how many you need.

Hi, to get a discount on your standard ticket, sign up to baa.com world points. They will credit your account with 100 points which you can then use for 2 half price return tickets for gatwick, heathrow or stanstead express.I have just done this.:A Your Always in my heart, you never ever will be forgotten-9/9/14:heart2:0

Thanks Mike, that sounds great! Although maybe they will be better for another MSE'r as I am weighing up the idea of getting a taxi from heathrow to Victoria, since there will be 5 of us who would have paid £15.50 each for the privilege of getting there on public transport. I am sure a taxi will come in under £70 and will be much more comfortable!
Thanks again but I wouldn't want to accept them and then not use them.Saving for an early retirement!0 -
The vouchers are valid until December 31st 2006, so if anyone else wants them (and will actually use them) then PM me.
EDIT: 5 vouchers left. 1 voucher is good for 1 single journey. They can only be used on the Heathrow Express.

You could take the Heathrow Connect service. This runs every 30 minutes and takes 30 minutes. I believe it is cheaper than going on the Heathrow Express.
