Just had Financial Notification

Hi all, just wondering if anyone can clarify some things for me.
I just had my finacial assessment notification and I've received full course costs loan minus a Tuition Fee Grant as I am a welsh student studying in Wales - brilliant as it means I have less to pay back when and if I graduate.
I had the maximum loan available with regards to the Maintenance Loan which was £3706.00 plus I had an Assembly Learning Grant of £2906.00, an Adult Dependants Grant of £2647.00 and a Parents Learning Allowance of £1508.00.
Am I right in assuming this is all for my first year and, apart from the tuition fees which go directly to the university, I will be paid the total amount each term (basically in 3 instalments in September, January and April)?
I know these seem like dumb questions but I just want to make sure I've got everything right - I really don't want to muck up any finances as my husband and I are both starting courses this year (he's starting some further education courses in the local college) and we need to make sure we budget properly on this money.
Thanks in advance for any advice - it'll be gratefully received.

Yes, the notification is for 09/10 funding. You will get a statement of payments, probably in August which will give you approx dates of payment but it's usually split until 3 payments in September, March and June.0
