Will Abbey close my account if i claim?

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I currently owe £4790 on an Abbey CC - i have a lot of late payments to claim back but am concerned about claiming in case they close my account and insist that i pay them back?

I have successful claimed back PPI against a loan that i have ongoing (Due to finish in 2010) and they sent this to me in the form of a cheque...

Has anyone experiences of dealing with Abbey when making a claim?

    Even if they do this it will result in further charges and interest that you will reclaim back. They shouldn't ask for it all back just because you are reclaiming charges.
