Terms and conditions

• 1. No purchase is necessary for entry. To enter, complete the details requested and answer the question. The closing date for entry is 27th July 2009.
  2. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The prize consists of a two-night weekend stay for two people at any of the four Champneys Resorts within the UK. A twin/double room with private facilities will be provided, together with all meals, a 25 minute Champneys massage, 25 minute relaxing facial and a 25 minute Thalassotherapy pool session. Travel to the venue is not included. Package inclusions may be subject to change in 2010.
  3. If unable to contact the winner within a further 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute chosen at the same time as the original.
  4. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a self-addressed envelope marked 'Tetley GB Limited, Freepost HA4 175, 325 Oldfield Lane North, Greenford, Middlesex, UB6 0AZ, UK.'
  5. The prize must be taken by 30th June 2010, and excludes the period between 15th December 2009 to 2nd January 2010 and Bank Holidays. All other dates are subject to availability. No cash or other prize alternative is available, and unless agreed in writing by the promoter the prize will only be available to the winner in person.
  6. Once a booking is confirmed, travel dates are not changeable.
  7. The winner will be the entry chosen from those entries providing the correct choice of colour. Only one entry is allowed per person.
  8. The winner will be the person whose name and details appear on the entry. The winner may be required to participate in related publicity.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photographs and location of the winner in future promotions and prize draws.
  10. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
