Beware Anglian Home Improvements

I placed an order for Anglian product early in May based on fixed price quotation and paid a deposit. More fool you I hear you say and I agree.
Soon afterwards Anglian said they wanted more money to proceed. I refused, cancelled the order and asked for my deposit back. After several unanswered letters and broken promises to refund my deposit I went through the complaints procedure. At the last stage I have just received my deposit back, but did I need the aggravation? I think not.
Needless to say I won't be using Anglian again.

Named after my cat, picture coming shortly
