Well, Karriebee I'm afraid I didn't take too much notice of your mention of the smell.........until we both bit into it and I retched and OH refused to eat anymore - glad it wasn't expensive, :rotfl: We can still taste and smell the amonia (probably in our minds now though) and 75% of the skate went into the bin :rolleyes:
Theres's not much we don't eat but that beat us both!0 -
Inspired by this thread I did floured & fried skate wings tonight, absolutely lovely, with leek & cheese mask peas and beans, will definately do again esp when woopsied.
