What is this Windows Directory ?

Was tidying up my hard disk last night, and came across a very odd directory. It's called C:\0e43a2be595f2947e0aba27c85e74c, then under there are several subdirectories called 1025, 1028, 1029, etc. Each subdirectory contains an EULA.rtf file, in a different language, as well as HotFixInstallerUI.dll. Any idea what this is all about, is it safe and can it be deleted ? Many thanks.

Folders like that are tempory locations for windows updates.

Go to assessories, tools, Disk cleanup and run it. Then remove items.

Or you can just delete these folders.

Thanks, I did wonder whether it was a temp folder, due to its odd name, but was wary about deleting it as it's something to do with Windows :-)
