What is this Windows Directory ?

Was tidying up my hard disk last night, and came across a very odd directory. It's called C:\0e43a2be595f2947e0aba27c85e74c, then under there are several subdirectories called 1025, 1028, 1029, etc. Each subdirectory contains an EULA.rtf file, in a different language, as well as HotFixInstallerUI.dll. Any idea what this is all about, is it safe and can it be deleted ? Many thanks.

Folders like that are tempory locations for windows updates.
Go to assessories, tools, Disk cleanup and run it. Then remove items.
Or you can just delete these folders.0 -
Thanks, I did wonder whether it was a temp folder, due to its odd name, but was wary about deleting it as it's something to do with Windows :-)0
