Small question:
Is it more important for me to have more time with Nathan or for him to have access to a garden?
Luc, I would say time with you, surely growing and learning comes more from a parent than a carer in my eyes. Not saying those that look after children do a bad job but one to one and from parents is better in my opinion. Do you have many parks/open spaces near you? You can always take him there with a picnic on sundays with OHPlus things may change in years to come anyways :j

In my opinion more time with Mummy........you can always stick him in his buggy and take him to a park.

Tough one luc..depends on the timescale? I DO think its important that you have time with your child when they are small..they grow up so quick. You will obviously get your 5 sessions a week when he turns 3 (yes I know a long way off, but remember this in your life plan). Personally I had to move to have that outdoor space just so DD could come and go as she pleased outside..would save me having to take her out somewhere everyday to get fresh air. However if you are going back to work to get a garden which he won't get much access to as he will be at nursery then its a tough one. You really have to do what you think is best for him.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Not really a small question.
Its all about what u feel is best for you both.
If you have parks near by a garden is not as important.
How about part time wth Nathan & a wee garden?

There used to be a Cranberry Bacardi Breezer beanie, but I don't know if they still make it.
Does it need to be Bacardi? Aldi have Cranberry pink fizz for £2.69 per bottle, 4% so not too heavy. I've just finished a bottle"Stay Wonky":D

Weybiza is a bit more expensive as it is so close, cheapest adult fair is £76 so children are half price.
If you had a family railcard it would be cheaper though (about 1/3 off)

Well to be honest the flat is a tiny bit cramped for two of us, let alone 3 I'm not worried about the garden for myself, although that would be a bonus. It would be nice to be able to let him sleep in his buggy in the sun in the back garden if its a nice day/not have to haul him and his kit up 3 flights of stairs etc and if I get get a job sooner rather than later we have a good chunk of a deposit for a wee house in the bank.
If I decided to delay going back to work the savings would have to be used to cover the mortgage and my repayments and so the move would be significantly delayed, but I would get more valuable time with Nathan and wouldn't necessarily be grabbing at the first available job. Not sure what it means in terms of professional fees thoughif I don't pay and undertake learning activity I lose my charter...
