barclaycard statement mistake (in my favour)

I recieved my barclaycard statement this month and it states i only owe £1.59 when in reality I owe about £450. I think they have muddled it up with my mastercard bill. Does anyone know where I might stand with this? It would be nice to think they may honour their mistake after being a customer for years and paying their hefty interest charges for as long, however i suspect they won't. Any advise would be appreciated.

Highly unlikely they would get something like that wrong. You sure they haven't just changed what the bill looks like and it actually is correct? Check the account numbers. There is absolutely no chance you will get away with £450. Sorry.
  • Almost certainly, the remaining items will appear on the next bill.
