Carhire from Holidaynet24 probs?

I have been using this company for a couple of years but.....
Their booking procedure seems to remove the best package right at the point of payment. It reverts you to the basic package without CDW and the extra driver. I have emailed the company but there is no reply as yet.

Has anyone had any problems with them recently?? Have they gone bust or something???

I just booked with them this morning. Their form was not secure so I called in my credit card details instead of putting them on the webpage. They were friendly when I called. I'm still waiting on my voucher confirmation (said it would take a day or two).

Their Ireland car hire prices are half of what everyone else was charging so I hope they are legit! Someone else recommended them on this board, and when I called Avis they knew who I was talking about.

I've used them a few times before but was worried about the web site problem....... They emailed me this afternoon with an apology and have booked my car via an email. The web site is now all ok.
