    Hi all,

I'm a bit worried as the cook at school is in hospital with swine flu and a boy from my class got taken to hospital half way through the day as he has been in contact with another boy who's got it. He's got a heart condition so they have to be careful. Another child with a low immune system was sent home with symptoms. I feel tired and achy and have a bad chest and a headache but don't feel too ill. I phoned NHS direct and they said i've either got it mildly or it's something else. So either stay at home or carry on as normal depending on which one:confused:. They also said unless i get a temperature they won't do anything. I haven't got a thermometer but am pretty sure i haven't got a temp. It's all very confusing but i really need to go into work tomorrow to get the rest of my work signed or i can't finish my NVQ.

I couldn't go and give my Niece her card & money just incase as her Grandparents were there. So Happy Birthday Nevaeh's DD:j.

Flying - None:rolleyes: apart from dailies.

That's top news Valli - I'll keep everything crossed for you. Do you know what form the informal discussion will take?

We've had rain this evening. About a gazillion snails are out eating the bird food. As the bin men failed to empty my little bins today and, allegedly, are coming tomorrow, I'm going to put a marigold on and pick the little blighters up, pop them in a carrier bag and stick them in the bin!

    It's called decluttering garden pests...

and now off to do big pile of ironing. ( must try harder tommoro )
Hope everyone is well not had time to read most of the thread. On a positive note i have managed to reach my target weight by walking loads and dieting. It's taken 8 wks and i've lost 11 and a half pounds. So am feeling quite chuffed
    with myself. xx
