    Evening Ladies,

Not sure which room is for tomorrow so since the kitchen and LR are lovely (if I do say so myself) I have started on the bathroom. It stank to high heaven, think it's the drains. Stopped for dinner and a tv catch up but hoping to get finished tonight or at least most of it done.

Lovely list Toots, think I might do one myself. Where in Scotland do you stay? I've been on a Pamper overnight to Airth Castle, nr Stirling and it was great, very relaxing!

Magnificent Monday ~Crabby kitchen! – ALL DONE TOOTS!

Flying: I've put away dry washing, and have thought about putting away dry washing up and doing some more washing up. Will do so later, bit tired now.

Walking: did 500 steps up until 4pm (despite all the manic flying - my house just isn't big enough!) so have had to do lots and lots to catch up, am at 4785, so still have a way to go to get the 8000 I need for today.
rosepink you have always said that you have a very small flat so please tell me how you can go from 500 to 4785 steps in 3 hours? I have a small flat but from the sounds of things its a bit bigger than yours and I would love to be able to do that amount of steps but even when I was fit and had to count steps for one of my consultants the best I could do was less than 4000? I use to do what greenbee did and took one thing at a time and all that and I would go for walks too. You dont go out much sometimes not at all, you sit and watch tv and you have naps and yet you achieve huge numbers - I am amazed - how do you do it?
    toots xx

    DW emptied.

My boss told me that I didn't get either of the jobs :D which means my interview technique worked... I think he was expected dramas... but I just wanted to know when those of my team who have got jobs will transfer to their new manager, as I want to concentrate on helping the others get jobs. When i told a couple of people about my interviews they were very impressed by how I managed to balance appearing very enthusiastic with ensuring that I was exactly what they didn't want for the role! It's hard work interviewing badly, as I guess we're all pre-programmed to respond in a positive way to the questions - and interviewing badly while trying to create an impression of interviewing well is even more difficult! He wants me to apply for something in round two, and I'm not keen (I'm not sure I can deal with the interview technique again!), but I suppose I should. So I have to do that tomorrow.

Tonight, however, I have to put something together for another recruiter who has an interesting looking job in Dublin. My brother seems to be quite keen on the idea!

As I wasn't particularly busy at work today, I left half an hour early and arrived at Heathrow just as my parents dropped off my brother and SiL who were getting the flight for their honeymoon! My mum knew I might try to get there, but everyone else was very surprised to see me! It was lovely to see them before they went off.

Toots - I think your list is great. I'm sure we can help with some of the things on there... I see you have a couple of volunteers already . And if you're already identified the person you want to marry, how about asking them?!

ALL FACEBOOK USERS - I have started a new discussion, and would appreciate your thoughts... please can you have a look at let me know?

swinstie - my DD2 - she's 18 - has got the songs/hymns she wants for her funeral on my lappy and also all the ones she wants/thinks we should have, that's me, her dad (my ex), her brother and sister!!! So we are prepared :(

It would be the wrong order if I had to bury my darling children.

She is adamant though that I don't delete it.

None of us apart from her have had a say in what we want yet, don't think she has broached it with anyone else, apart from what she wants xx

Eh, is that Perth?! I am Scottish, honest, just checking!

Are you thinking of Stobo Castle? My friend is just back from there and loved it, think it's expensive but hey what the heck if you enjoyed it!

Daft question from me, is Starclean the same as Stardrops? I found a bottle my sister gave me years ago and it's brilliant, has cleaned everything - only thing is the ammonia is getting to me, so gonna have to stop for a cuppa and an early nite!

Nite lovely Flyladies, so glad I found you all! I used to be known as the Un-Domesticated Oh My Goodness, now I am the Domesticated Goddess :D (almost) xx
