Sharing files PC to laptop

I've got both computers recognising each other as workgroup computers and I've got files on the pc I'm trying to access from the laptop. In My Network Places on PC the files are listed that I'm trying to access but they aren't on the laptop. How do you get to see the shared files?

I tried "mapping a drive", it says network path could not be found. The files have those hands underneath on pc that implies they're shared. I'll have to try again tomorrow, I looked at other settings & options but either the settings look right or I don't know what to do with them! Thanks for you help albertross.
