British 10k London Run - Raising Money For Motor Neurone Disease Association

Hello I hope that this will be acceptable on this part of the forum.

Basically I am trying to raise money and awareness on behalf of the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MND).

This is because my dad died of this horrible disease 3 years ago, and it is a charity very close to my heart, so I would like to help them out as much as possible.

To try and raise this money I am going to be running in the British 10k London Run on the 2nd July.

I have raised money for MND in the past.

Sadly I lost a family member in 2000.

Thank you so much anything is great.

MND is horrible and i had to see my dad suffer with it for 4 years so any possible funding to possibe cures is worth it?
