EBAY - Urgent Help needed

Hello

Someone has just bought an item via by it now, and is top bidder in 6 of my auctions (only have 10 on)

He has zero feedback. I have a horrible feeling its the guy I have had a recent dispute with as this account is dated Thursday. Its going to cost me a fortune in fees I will need to try to get back, and I wont be able to get rid of the stuff for sale for at least 2 w eeks whilst I wait to see if its genuine, and I am going on holiday next week

Any advice appreciated

Thanks

Put him on your blocked bidders list now. And cancel any thing hes bidding on if you can. Has he paid? Did you request immediate payment on BIN?
  • thanks have put his ID onj blocked bidders, but when click back on ym auctions he is still showing as top bidder?

If the bidder has already won the item, you should be aware of his real name and his postcode. Do they tally with the person you've had history with previously?

You have to cancel his bids if that's what you want to do - but obviously you can't on the item(s) already won.
