Hi everyone.

I put in papers to claim back charges some time ago, and due to claims not going through court as we wait for a ruling on them, I got as far as court and no further,

Anyways, I have recentally movved house and want to know, do i need to let anyone know in relation to my claim for charges?

Thanks in Advance

  • If you still have the paperwork then write to the bank and state you have moved address.

  • Thank you,

I have let my bank know my new address, I was thinking in terms of the court?

Apologies I misread that. I would either ring or go in person to the court and ask them. Make sure you have the claim number with you.

It just means can you let us know what happened when you rang the court. Did they need to know, etc?

  • Hi,

Just a quick update, I spoke to the court today and they asked that I put my new address in writing along with my old address and claim number and thats all I need to do.
