Terms and conditions

The following rules will be binding. The closing date is 31st July 2009. 1. The competition is open to
UK residents aged 18 or over on 31st July 2009. Employees of The Clapham House Group plc (CHG)
its partners Lion Nathan Limited and their subsidiaries or agents or members of their families will not be
eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary. 2. First prize is a trip for two adult tickets flying
Economy Class from London Heathrow to Auckland, via Los Angeles or Hong Kong subject to
availability, to be taken before 31st January 2010, plus £1,000 spending money. Travel insurance,
accommodation, airport taxes and ground transportation is not included. 3. Second prize is lunch at
GBK Richmond with tickets to watch the All Blacks v The Barbarians at Twickenham on 5th December
2009 (transport not included). 4. 10 runners up will each win a case of Steinlager Pure. 5. There
will be no cash alternative to any of the prizes. None of the prizes are transferable. Prizes do not include
food drink or personal expenditure except where mentioned. 6. Prize winners will be selected a
fortnight after the closing date at random from those who have joined up at www.cravegbk.com.
7. The results will be announced on 14th August 2009 and winners will be notified by email.
8. Only one entry is permitted per person. 9. Events may occur which make the prize draw or the
awarding of prizes impossible due to circumstances beyond CHG's control and accordingly CHG may
amend or withdraw the promotion and each entrant agrees that CHG will have no liability as a result
of it doing so. 10. These terms are governed by English law. The promoter's decision is final and
no correspondence will be entered into. 11. A list of winners can be obtained from the
promoters, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, by writing to them at 1 Lindsey Street, Suite D, Second Floor,
London EC1A 9HP or emailing [EMAIL="gbk@gbkinfo.com"]gbk@gbkinfo.com[/EMAIL] after 14th August 2009.
