How do we change IVA into one name

I have been in an IVA for three years with my husband, most of the debt was his I put a car loan into it so that he could get the IVA, we are now going to try to divorce, I want him to take on all the debt I have paid more than my fair share, can it be changed into his name alone and the house be taken out of the mix as its mine but his name went on the mortgage. Will it have to just run to end of the term or will we have to pay a lumb sum to end it early. Any advice Please.
