Ok, you got me, I'm a desperate pauper who wishes he didn't live on a park bench, pinching bandwidth from the nearest Mcdonalds....... there..... does that make you feel better with your two houses and loads of equity.:D
Just to add, I'm not sure whether read my post the other day regarding my position when you originally alleged that I was desperate, if you haven't maybe you should try and find it, the only thing I'm 'desperate' for is the gap on the 20% LTV mortgage that I will have to get at the moment to reduce to zero, so I can buy outright.0 -
Yes.
Wow, but you're smart.
Did you like my joke?
Has that dull Hamish person gone away, now?
Like you i'm bored, previously posted the other day about my YBS mortgage.

Why is this a hard concept for you to grasp?
But you don't want "bargains" though do you?
That would suggest falling prices.
You want prices to rise.
And if you believe they will rise, why not take advantage?"The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -

Don't bother, ad.
He's farrr too insignificant.
Hope you're having a nice day.
Tell me something interesting, or I shall have to return to marking.
Did you like my joke?
I shall repeat it until someone admires it.0 -
Here we are again. Hamish posts reasonable well argued pieces, and what happens is that the bears meet that with abuse and name calling. McTwatish? Really, it's not even a very good insult.
Live with it, there is more than one opinion about the way things are going. You may not like that, but descending to the level of a schoolyard gang when someone doesn't agree with you is not the way to build credibility for your argument.0 -

I already own outright. And a second with a mortgage, but nowhere near NE. And prices are currently rising, so that gap is getting bigger for you.
Did you have a point?“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

You're very interesting, Hamish.
Could you please tell us how big your house is, in sq m, your bank balance, the number of your grey hairs and your shoe size.
So we can all admire.0
