coupon printer and registry

Until recently I was able to print coupons from Couponnet. I use XP and Firefox. Now Couponnet tells me that I do not have the Coupon Printer installed. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times. On the printable vouchers thread it looks as if the problem has affected a lot of people. Some people think that the IP has been blocked, but people are able to print from the same IP address using another printer so that does not really make sense. Other people think that Couponnet has put some sort of a blocker on their computer. One person, however, took her laptop to her daughter's house where it printed successfully, and has assumed it was because it was a different IP.

I am not very computer literate. I do not know where to find the Coupon Printer in the registry, and if I could change it to enable printing once again. Any instructions or advice would be gratefully received, either on this forum, or by pm. Thanks

My own advice would to be completely uninstall Coupon printer, then delete all your temporary internet files/cookies, etc. After doing that run CCleaner to get rid of any temporary files, then the registry cleaner within CCleaner.

BTW, you might have to run the registry cleaner 2-3 times before it stops finding stuff.

After all of that, reinstall Coupon Printer - if it doesn't work after that, then I don't know. :o
