6 weeks school holiday and no where to go............

Hi All

Figured Id start a thread on here because if you like me - im running low on ideas of how to keep my 5 year old amused for 6 weeks - I don't drive but have a very good bus route and train station within a small journey but looking for ideas and things to do that are relatively cheap.

Im in Port Talbot btw.

Have you had a look on the neath port talbot council website for a summer activities section?

http://www.neath-porttalbot.gov.uk/ - though it's not working at this minute!

And look at Swansea and Carmarthenshire ones too, as you can easily get to them from where you are.

Hi Sammy Kaye! If you can get to St. Fagans, the Museum of Welsh life is good for a day out.
Beach combing and rock pooling at Rest Bay, Porthcawl. Mumbles is nice too and there's a castle there.
A bit further afield is Caerphilly castle.
