Evening all,
I ordered a funky bag and bracelet from https://www.chicki.co.uk.
My items arrived quickly however I got a slightly different bracelet to the one I ordered (same brand and colour - different style).
I contacted them and within the hour I had an email apologising for the mix up and informing me that I can keep the bracelet I received and that the one I ordered would arrive within the next couple of days.
Great products and efficient customer service - would definitely recommend! :j
