Glazed Porcelain Floor 32sqm £880 + VAT

I live in Bristol area, am looking to put down glazed porcelain tiles 45cm x 45cm (I think they're grade 5 ones), in new kitchen/breakfast/utility room about 32 sqm on new concrete screed.
Been quoted £27.50+ VAT, i.e. £880 + VAT to include Nicobond flexi adhesive and limestone coloured grout. Is this reasonable?
The kitchen is not going in until after the floor has been done, so the room is pretty much a blank canvas.

Sounds a fair enough price
Has the substrate had enough time to fully dry?
How thick was the floor and how long ago was it done
If its still wet it may require a decoupling membrane to be fitted
Grade 5 porcelain is easily cut with a rubi snap cutter, Drilling should be easy to a proffesionalHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0
